Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. All U.S. orders are subject to a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts).

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

All orders ship via USPS. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times and delays are out of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at dads@matterhornstitchworks.com with your name and order number.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos so we can make it right. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package ships, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the item.

Matterhorn Stitchworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
